Booking Policy:

Check in time is 2:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. 

If you’d like to check in earlier or require a late check out, please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on our availability. Alternatively, we have a Late Check Out Service available at the time of booking for IDR 750.000, which will allow you to check out by 6pm and IDR 1.500.000 for any time up until midnight.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, except during High Season, when the minimum night stay is 4-5 nights.
Depending on our bookings, we might be able to accommodate you for a shorter period. Please contact us.

Deposit Policy:

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking, while the final, full payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.  For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment will be required to confirm the booking.  Payment for all incidentals incurred during your stay must be paid in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) upon departure.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a guest needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

  • No Charge – If cancelled more than 60 days before start of the rental period
  • 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 31 and 60 days before start of the rental period
  • Deposit forfeit – 50% of total rental amount / 100% of Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival
  • Full Charge – Full Stay – If cancelled within 14 days of arrival

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit / money paid, and we will refund any remaining balance to the guest.
